His bat comes down and just pushes through the ball

He has a very short stride for a BIG lad so no base

All the above lead to little power in his shots

Slightly lower backlift

More power in the drive as the bat comes through the ball

Yellow indicators put down to give him a visual cue for a larger base

All this leads to his body and bat speed geting more in to the shot hence more power!!
