I had the pleasure of working with Andy for 3 seasons at Derbyshire County Cricket Club.

I believe Andy’s best attributes are his enthusiasm and his attention to detail. Whether working on technical areas, or tactics and gameplans he leaves no stone unturned.

After recently passing his ECB level 4 qualification he is fully aware of what it takes to be a modern day cricketer/coach at the highest level and his whole coaching philosophy is aimed at helping any cricketer at any level, become the best they can be.

He finds it easy to create a good, positive and relaxed learning environment, for group sessions or on a one to one basis. He is always positive, very passionate about his work and is always on hand to offer help and advise in whatever way is asked of him.

Andy’s good nature makes it easy for him to develop good working relationships with players and associates and I would not hesitate to seek his help and advise again in the future.
